The shock absorber used in automobile has three kinds: two-way cylinder shock absorber, inflatable shock absorber and damping adjustable shock absorber.
Two-way cylinder shock absorber generally consists of 4 valves, 3 cylinders, 2 lifting lugs, 1 piston and piston rod.
Cylinder cylinder 10 is a dust cover. Cylinder barrel 5 is the oil storage cylinder, with part of the oil inside. Its lower end is connected with the axle by the lifting lug welded to the base. Cylinder cylinder 2 is a working cylinder filled with oil and sealed at the upper end. The upper end of piston rod 1 is welded to the frame with dustproof cover 10 and lifting lug, and the lower end is equipped with piston 3. The piston divides the working cylinder into upper and lower Chambers. The piston has stretch valve 4 and flow valve 8. Compression valve 6 and compensation valve 7 are installed on the lower support of the working cylinder. Flow and compensation valves have soft springs that allow lower oil pressure to close or open. Compression and expansion valves have stiff springs that require high oil pressure to open and close when the oil pressure is slightly lower.
